Uncertainty evaluation of the methamidophos residues in concentrated pear juice tested by gas chromatography

用气相色谱法定量测定浓缩果汁中甲胺磷农药残留量,分析确定该检测过程中不确定度来源,并对其测量不确定度进行探讨,以定量表征测量结果的质量,确定结果的可信度。提出的方法适用于浓缩果汁中甲胺磷农药残留量的不确定度评定。

In the paper, the uncertainty of the determination of methamidophos residues in the concentrated pear juice by Gas Chromatography （GC） was evaluated.According to JJG 1059 1999, a mathematic model was established.Possible souroes of uncertainty in the test were analyzed.The components of the uncertainty were found and synthesized by analyzing the uncertain factors in the experimental process .This assessment of the uncertainty is very suitable for determination of methamidophos residues in concentrated pear juice.
