在倡导以人为本、培养创新人才教学理念的今天,俄语教师在传授语言知识及技能的同时,必须关注学生的非智力因素在俄语教学中的作用。动机是直接推动俄语学习的动力,情绪情感是学生学习积极性之根本,兴趣是引发动机的根源。

Emotion is the foundation of stimulating the students＇ interest for foreign language. Action emotion can provide the students with satisfactory psychological conditions. Foreign language teachers should pay attentions to training and stimulate the student＇s study enthusiasm. Excellent teaching atmosphere, kind relationship between teachers and students, democratic teaching method and students＇ active participation are necessary for successful foreign language teaching.
