Microcomputer Controlled Automatic Potentiometric Titration System

本文叙述一种自动电位滴定系统。它由SHARP PC-1500袖珍计算机、79-2型(或SZD1型、DAB-1型)数字自动滴定管和自制的数据采集与控制接口组成。软件技术的主要特点有:平衡滴定;滴定剂增量动态调整;终点自动判别;自动发送滴定剂和补液;完整的数据输出等。实际应用结果表明,本系统的滴定速度快,操作简单,再现性良好。对软件稍作修改,还可作线性滴定、光度滴定和电流滴定等。

An automatic potentiometric titration system is described. The system is composed of a Sharp PC-1500 pocket computer, a digital automatic burette and a self-made sampling and control interface. The software techniques feature equilibrium titration, dynamic regulation of titrant increments, automatic titrant delivery and burette refilling, automatic detection of end-points and complete data output. The results of experiments show that the system has advantages of high titration speed, simple operation and high reproducibility. With modification of the software (written in BASIC), the system can also do linear titration, photometric titration, amperometric titration and pH-stat or potentiostat work.
