摘要
在竞争日趋激烈的市场经济中,知识型员工作为推动企业发展的中坚力量,成为企业的宝贵资源。通过对这一类员工招聘时期、新进员工时期、事业成熟时期及退休前期各阶段心理契约的不同侧重点分析,将不断变化的心理契约贯穿于知识型员工的整个职业生涯之中,以达到帮助员工更好地自我发展,促进企业不断成长,使企业与员工"双赢"的效果。
With the drastic competition of trade, knowledge-type personnel are becoming more and more important human resource for enterprises. Psychological contract refers to the mutual obligation perceived by employees and among the reciprocal relationships of employees and enterprises. Psychological contracts in career management of knowledge-type personnel can act on periods for recruiting, training, maturity and before the retire. They can not only help knowledge-type personnel to have a great career development but also let enterprises have better benefits.
