Researches on Food Safety Countermeasures in Shanghai Supermarkets

上海超市食品安全对策研究是"上海流通领域超市食品安全研究"课题的部分研究成果。课题组通过实地调查和数据分析,获得了上海流通领域食品安全状况的一系列新发现,总结了值得借鉴的管理经验,指出了面临的主要问题,提出了建立食品安全长效机制的建议。本文提出了加强上海超市食品安全管理的六项对策。

Researches on food safety countermeasures is some results of topics ＂food safety research on supermarkets in shanghai circulaiton area＂ . By field surveys and data analysis, the resarch group not only obtain a series of new discoveries on food safety status of shanghai circulaiton area,draw a conclusion on management experience worthy of reference, but point out the major problems and propose some advice on establishing a long-term mechanism of food safety as well. The article pruduces six countermesures on strengthening food safety management of shanghai supermarkets.
