现有的国有资产授权经营信托化模式设计存在诸多缺陷,其一方面无法保证国有资产授权经营制度目标的实现,另一方面违背了信托法的一般原理,国有资产授权信托化法制模式应该重塑委托人、受托人和受益人制度。

There are quite a few defects in the current trusting institution of authoritation of the state assetes. This is because on the one hand it is not sure of its success, and on the other, it is not in keeping with the principle of the trust law. Trusting institution of the authoritation of state＇s assets should be reformed.
