摘要
最近20年,随着网络技术的日渐成熟和普及,电子零售(e-tailing)在全球范围内取得了迅猛发展,这一新型的零售业态对传统的零售业带来了巨大的冲击,同时对于这一领域的研究也日益受到重视。本文主要从电子零售的内涵、特征及其对传统零售业的影响和冲击等方面,对国外相关理论和文献进行了回顾和述评。
As the Internet gains great improvement and popularity in recent 20 years, the E-tailing industry has achieved fast development globally. This new retailing pattem has a enormous impact on the traditional retailing industry. As a result, many researches have been conducted in this field. In this paper, we mainly review relevant theories and literatures published abroad, covering different aspects such as the definition and characteristics of E-tailing, and its impact on traditional retailing industry.
