摘要
提出一种带回热的新型节能燃气灶,即采用回热循环来提高燃气灶的热效率。利用燃烧后排走的高温烟气加热助燃空气。一方面提高了助燃空气的温度使燃烧效率得到提高;另一方面回收了烟气的热量提高了总的热效率,并且改变了传统的上抽油烟方式为下抽油烟,使厨房环境得到明显改善。理论计算表明在考虑上部进风20%的情况下热回收率为6.07%,相对热回收率为20.25%,热效率可提高4.25%。本文给出了燃气灶热力计算的基本流程,希望会对节能燃气灶的设计提供参考。
A new type of energy saving gas stove with heat recovery is proposed, which adopts heat regenerative cycle to improve gas stove's thermal efficiency. The energy from high temperature of combustion gas used to heat the cool air will do a great favor to the combustion, which enhanced the combustion efficiency by raising the temperature of cool air and the total thermal efficiency by recovering the heat from fume. In addition, in order to improve the quality of kitchen surroundings, conventional up - draft flue style was changed into the under- draft one. The result of theoretical calculation indicated that, when up - inlet air account for 20% of total fume, the heat recovery rate of this new type gas stove is 6.07 %, the relative ratio of energy recovery rate is 20.25 % and the thermal efficiency increases by 4.25 %. The basic thermal calculation of energy saving gas stove is presented, which will give a reference to gas stove's design.
