摘要
由于连铸中间包的形状和大小不同,连铸中间包烘烤装置的蓄热式技术改造需要采用合适的方法才能取得良好的效果。本文通过对宝钢1450连铸中间包干燥装置的改造实例,提出了一种适用的连铸中间包烘烤装置蓄热式系统技术,并分析了系统的结构原理和节能效果。这一技术具有推广应用的实际价值。
As a result of the different continuous casting tundish shape and the size, the continuous casting tundish roasting needs to use the appropriate method to be able to obtain the good effect. This article , taking the Baosteel 1450 continuous casting tundish drying system rebuilding project as example, proposed one kind of suitable regeneration type system technology of continuous casting ttmdish roasting, and analyzed the system structure principle and the energy conservation effect. This technology has the promoted application actual value.
