摘要
以La2O3、Cr2O3和Li2CO3为原料,用固相法合成的LaCr(1.05-x)LixO3(x=0.05,0.1)作为样品,通过测量其热膨胀系数及TG-DSC等分析手段研究了Li及含量的大小对材料热膨胀系数的影响。结果表明,Li的添加能显著改变材料的热膨胀性能,可以达到7×10-6K-1~8×10-6K-1左右。但过多Li的添加反而不能达到改善材料热膨胀系数的目的。
La1-xLixCrO3(x=0.05,0.1) samples were synthesized by solid phase method with raw materials of La2O3,Cr2O3 and Li2CO3.The effect of Li content on coefficient of heat expansion of samples was investigated by thermal expansion measurement and TG-DSC.Results show that coefficient of heat expansion of LaCrO3 doped with Li had evidently improved,and achieved to 7~8 10^-6K^-1.But it can't be ameliorative by heavy doping of Li.
