摘要
报道了以杂多酸稀土盐La4(SiW6Mo6O40)3为多相催化剂,通过苯甲醛和1,2-丙二醇反应合成了苯甲醛1,2-丙二醇缩醛,探讨了La4(SiW6Mo6O40)3对缩醛反应的催化活性,较系统地研究了原料量比,催化剂用量,带水剂用量,反应时间诸因素对产品收率的影响。实验表明,La4(SiW6Mo6O40)3是合成苯甲醛1,2-丙二醇缩醛的良好催化剂,在n(苯甲醛)∶n(1,2-丙二醇)=1∶1.5,催化剂用量为反应物料总质量的1.0%,环己烷为带水剂,反应时间1.0h的优化条件下,苯甲醛1,2-丙二醇缩醛的收率可达86.0%。
Benzaldehyde 1,2-propanediol acetal was synthesis from benzaldehyde and 1,2-propanediol in the presence of La4(SiW6Mo6O40)3.The factors influencing the synthesis were discussed and the best conditions were found out.The optimum conditions are: molar ratio of benzaldehyde to 1,2-propanediol is 1∶1.5,the quantity of catalyst is equal to 1.0% of feed stock,and the reaction time is 1.0 h.La4(SiW6Mo6O40)3 is an excellent catalyst for synthetizing benzaldehyde 1,2-propanediol acetal and its yield can reach over 86.0%.
