摘要
高斯光束经空间滤波后与硅光电池构成传感器,可用于细纱条干不匀的大样本动态检测.文中描述了高斯光束的空间滤波方法和信号检测原理,提出了大样本数据的分段计算公式,给出了传感器线性特性和温、湿度特性的实验结果.
A Gaussion beam through spatial filtering forms a sensor with Si cell, which is used for dynamical measurement of large sample of yarn unevenness. The paper describes the spatial filtering method of Gaussion beams and the principle of signal measurement, and presents the calculative formulas of the CV % value. It also gives the test results of characteristics of the sensor, temperature and humidity.
