摘要
采用模糊聚类分析的方法,对刀具材料的物理机械性能进行研究.研究结果表明,应用该方法可以合理地评价刀具材料在物理机械性能方面的亲疏关系,其结果客观、准确、可靠,从而为在纺织机械和纺织器材制造中刀具材料的选择决策提供了一种新方法,同时也为切削条件的优化提供了必要的依据.
This paper studies the physical and mechanical properties of the cutting tool materials by the method of fuzzy cluster analysis.The results of this study show that this method can be used to evaluate rationally the close or distant relationship in regard to the physical and mechanical properties of the cutting tool materials. It is objective, accurate and reliable. It provides the new method for the choice of cutting tool materials and the necessary basis for the optimization of the cutting conditions in the manufacture of the textile machinery and textile accessories.
