摘要
向含有间位TDA的焦油加入邻位TDA,通过闪蒸,间位TDA减少,邻位增加,而焦油浓度不变,部分间位得到回收。通过模拟计算,找出温度、邻位配比对回收效果的影响规律,发现邻位配比越大则回收率越高,而温度对回收效果的影响很小。以年效益为目标,设备和操作费用同时考虑,以邻位配比为变量,求得它们之间的关系曲线,最后得到较优的邻位配比范围2~3,当取2时,年经济效益为536万元。
Tar with about 50% wt meta-toluenediamine (mTDA) was mixed with ortho-toluenediamine( oTDA), alter evaporation, the oTDA would increase in the tar, and the tar concentration maintained about 50% wt, so partial mTDA was recovered. Through simulation calculation, the relationship of recovery and impact factors such as temperature, material proportion was found, and it was found that the more higher the proportion of oTDA and the better recovery efficiency, and temperature had very little impact to mTDA recovery. Annual return was object, and the flow of oTDA was variables, their relationship curve was calculated considering costs of equipments and operation. The best ratio of oTDA to tar was 2, and the biggest annual return was 536 ¥ per year.
