摘要
针对１０ｔｅｘ纯棉经纱和１３ｔｅｘＴ６５／Ｃ３５涤棉经纱，选用５种浆料配方，在测定浆液和浆纱性能１２项质量指标的基础上，运用浓缩映射法和功能评价值对实验数据进行处理，并进行上浆成本核算，综合分析优选出最佳的浆料配方．投产后，织造效率由８２．４％提高到９３．６％．
The paper designs five sets of sizing instructions for 10 tex cotton warp and 13tex T65/C35 warp. On the basis of twelve kinds of quality index tested, we use the method of concentrated shine and the functional appraisal value to process the experiment data, and the costs of sizing are also counted. The comprehensive study gets the optimum size mixings, If use in production, it may raise weaving efficiency from 82.4% to 93.6% and create economic benefits for the factory.
