肾衰康颗粒治疗慢性肾功能衰竭疗效分析

Analysis on Therapeutic Effect of Shenshuai Granule on Chronic Renal Failure

目的:观察肾衰康颗粒治疗慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)的临床疗效。方法:将76例随机分为对照组和治疗组各38例,两组均给予优质低蛋白饮食和对症支持治疗,治疗组加服肾衰康颗粒,2个月为一疗程,连续观察3个疗程。每半月测血肌酐、尿素氮及内生肌酐清除率,并观察两组治疗前后主观症状得分。结果:治疗组用药前后肾功能变化均值与对照组同期相比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:肾衰康颗粒可延缓肾衰进展,为有效治疗药物。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of shenshuaikang grain on the disease of Chronic Renal Failure （CRF）. Methods ：76 patients of CRF were chosen randomly,and divided into control group （n = 38 ） and treatment group （n = 38 ）. Base on the high -quality olw protein diet, the treatment group was treated with shenshuaikang grain as well as western medicine, while the control group was only treated with westren medicine. Recorded SCr, Bun and CCr every half month. Treated for 6 months （3 peri- ods）. Results ： The improvement of subjective symptoms integral, the improvement of kidney function integral of the teatment group is superior to that of the control group. Conclusions：shenshuaikang grain can be used to defer CRF.
