摘要
本文从学科和专业建设、课程建设、素质教育、培养复合型与应用型人才等５个方面，论述了我院近年来适应社会需要，开展教学改革的一些主要思路和实践．
The paper relates to the research and practice in educational reform of our college concerning the establishment of subject and specialities, the improvement of courses, the quality education of students and the provision of graduates with various kinds of capability.
