摘要
变电站、发电厂等主要参数变量(有功功率、无功功率、电压、电流等)经测量装置测量后在调度端显示,量测数据是现场数据的实际反映,但它与现场数据存在一定的误差,通过对量测量在采集、远传、显示等各个环节产生误差原因的研究,分析了量测量在装置采集、外界环境因素影响、现场接线方式、软件算法、远方传输、主站端接收处理等方面产生误差的原因,并提出了相应的解决方法以满足量测量的综合误差在±1.5%范围内,为电网的安全、可靠运行提供准确数据。
The main electrical parameters of substations and power plants,such as active power, reactive power,voltage,current,and so on,are measured on site and displayed at dispatch terminal, but there are errors between the real value and displayed value. The causes existing in different sections,such as data acquisition,remote transfer,display,and so on,are researched and the influences of measuring devices,environment,wiring modes,soft algorithms,data processing for sending and receiving on measurement error are analyzed. Countermeasures are proposed to meet the requirement of secure and reliable grid operation for the measurement error within the scope of ± 1.5 %.
