摘要
本研究主要采用问卷调查法和访谈法收集数据,并借助文献法进行相关资料的分析与整理。结果显示:改革开放30年以来,北京市从学前特殊教育到高等特殊教育的体系已构建,并形成特殊教育与普通教育融合的特点,民办特殊教育在一定程度上弥补了公办特殊教育的不足;北京市已形成以随班就读为主体、特殊学校为骨干、其他形式为补充的特殊教育格局;绝大多数区教育行政部门在经费投入方面对特殊教育有所倾斜。
This study collects the data through questionnaire and interview,and analyzes the data using literature review. The results are as follows: the system of special education from preschool to higher education has been established, with the feature of combination of special education and general education in Beijing; the private special education to a certain extent supplements the public special education; in Beijing, special education takes the form of Learning in the Regular CIass as the principal part, the special schools as the substantial part, and the other modes as the complement; the majority of the district administrative departments have more investment for special education.
