β2肾上腺素能受体基因G(+252)A多态性与新疆哈萨克族原发性高血压的相关研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:本研究旨在探讨β2肾上腺素能受体基因(β2-adrenergic receptor,β2-AR)编码区+252位碱基G→A多态性与哈萨克族原发性高血压的相关性。方法:以人群为基础的病例-对照研究,选择433例哈萨克族人(276例高血压患者与157例血压正常者)为研究对象,应用PCR-RELP技术,检测β2-AR基因G(+252)A位点基因型,并观察各基因型、等位基因频率在该人群中分布及差异。结果:该人群β2-AR基因G(+252)A位点在高血压组和正常血压组两组中基因型及等位基因频率的分布差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。各基因型间年龄、体质指数、收缩压以及舒张压差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:新疆哈萨克族β2-AR基因G(+252)A多态性可能与高血压无相关性。 Objective: To study the relationship between the G( + 252)A polymorphism of β2 - AR gene and essential hypertension in Kazaks of Xinjiang.Methods: In this population-based case- control study, we recruited 433 Kazakns subject(276 hypertensives and 157 normotensives) from the pastoral areas in Xinjiang. The genotypes of β2 - AR was identified by PCR - restriction fragment length polymorphism in all the subjects. The distributiong of genotypic and allelic frequencies between hypertensives and normotensives were studied. Results: In the population, there was no significant difference in the distribution of genotypes and allele frequency of G( + 252 ) A polymorphisms between these two greups( P 〉 0.05 ). In addition, age, body mass index, systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure had no significant difference in the groups classified according to genotypes ( P 〉 O. 05 ). Conclusion: G( + 252)A polymorphism of β2- AR gene was not related with essential hypertension in Kazaks of XinJiang.
