劳教学员性传播疾病感染状况分析

Analysis of the infection condition of dissemination disease in reeducation through labor personnel

目的了解温州市劳教人员性传播疾病(STD)感染状况。方法对2004年至2005年新入所的劳教学员进行支原体、衣原体和淋病的实验室检查。结果病原体检测检出率为76.22%,其中单种病原体阳性者占50.68%,混合感染占25.54%,并合并多重混合感染。结论卖淫嫖娼人员性传播疾病感染患病率高,是性传播疾病主要传染源,应加强力度管理和控制。

Objective To study the infection condition of dissemination disease （STD） among reeducation-through-labor delinquents in Wenzhou city. Methods Delinquents subjected to reeducation through labor and entered the labor lamp during 2004-2005 were carried on UU-MH, CT and the gonorrhea laboratory inspections. Results The positive rate of pathogen examination was 76. 22% , in which the posivive single pathogen in female delinquents accounts for 50.68% ,while the multi-infection accounts for 25.54% ,combined with muhiple mixed infection. Conclusion People engaged in prostitution and whoring have high infection percentage/prevalence rate of dissemination disease, and is the main infection source of natural dissemination disease. Management and control should be strengthened.
