摘要
本文以蓖麻油为原料，通过醇解，酰胺化得到蓖麻油烷醇酰胺（ＲＡ），ＲＡ与硼酸进行酯化反应，最终合成了一种新型的有机硼表面活性剂———蓖麻油烷醇酰胺硼酸酯（ＲＡＢ）。并确定了工艺条件：ＲＡ∶Ｈ３ＢＯ３＝２∶１，温度１３０～１４０℃。对产物ＲＡＢ用红外光谱，核磁共振作了表征。
In this paper, methyl ricinolete was prepared by the transesterificationof castor oil with methanol ,followed by acylamination,esterification with H3BO3.The new organoboron surfactant was synthesised.The reaction condition is: RA∶H3BO3=2∶1,reaction temperature 130～140℃.The chmical strusture of Ricioleic alkyl alcohol acylamide borate (RAB) was confirmed by IR,NMR.
