通过研究上海出租汽车驾驶员收入得知,劳动力短缺的问题不在于收入过低,而在于该市户籍劳动力供应总量不足和出租汽车驾驶员职业地位的社会评价发生了很大变化等社会原因所致。
Through studying taxi driver's income,the author finds out the labor shortage is not caused by relatively low income,but social reasons such as not enough supply of labor of this city and great change of social evaluation to taxi driver profession class.
