关于我国燃气行业经营与管理制度改革的思考

Ponderation over Business and Management System Reform of Gas Industry in Our Country

作者分析了我国燃气行业经营和管理制度的现状,指出存在的问题,借鉴发达国家的成功经验,提出对我国燃气行业经营管理制度进行改革的主张和建议,虽为一家之言,但希望能供行业主管部门及相关人士参考,立足于我国国情,为形成有中国市场经济特色的燃气经营与管理制度而共同努力。

Current situation on business and management system of gas industry in our country is analyzed and some existing issues are raised.Drawing on the successful experiences of developed countries,proposals for sufficient reform of gas industry business and management system in our country are put forward.
