摘要 本文利用实验室常备数字仪器结合虚拟仪器技术,设计并实现了超声波流量计研究平台。该系统由运行于上位机的应用程序控制Agilent 33220A数字信号发生器激励压电陶瓷传感器发射超声波,并控制Agilent DSO6012A数字示波器采集和存储超声波传感器接收到的信号,将其传送至上位机,然后调用MATLAB程序完成超声波信号处理及时差计算,进而求得被测流量。该平台为更高效地研究和开发新型超声波流量计提供了条件。 This paper introduces the system design and implementation of a digital instrument based platform for the research and development of ultrasonic flow-meter. An application program was developed to control the Agilent 33220A waveform generator, Agilent DSO6012A oscilloscope and detection circuit board. The waveform generator functions to excite piezoelectric sensors to transmit ultrasonic wave, which is reflected and then acquired and stored by the oscilloscope. A MATLAB script is invoked to process the data transferred from the oscilloscope and calculate the transit time and flow rate subsequently. This platform helps to study and develop new type ultrasonic flow-meter efficiently.
