摘要
本研究通过羊油与甘油发生醇解反应制备甘一酯,甘二酯。研究了反应体系中作为溶剂的吡啶的用量,催化剂甲醇钠的用量,甘油的用量以及反应时间这四个因素对甘一酯、甘二酯产率的影响。结果表明:在这四个因素中,以是否加入吡啶影响最大,其他三个因素的影响远小于是否加入吡啶的影响。
In this paper,we used lamb fat to prepare monoand diglycerides by glycerolysis,and investigated four factors,those were the amount of pyridine(solvent),sodium methoxide(catalyst), triglyceride and the length of reaction time that influenced the output of monoand diglycerides. The results showed that.in the four factors,whether or not adding into pyridine exerts the greatest influence,the other three factors have far less influence on the output than pyridine.
