用羊油制备甘一酯、甘二酯的反应中影响产率的几个因素的研究

Research on Factors Influencing the Output of Monoand Diglycerides in the Glycerolysis Reaction of Lamb Fat

本研究通过羊油与甘油发生醇解反应制备甘一酯，甘二酯。研究了反应体系中作为溶剂的吡啶的用量，催化剂甲醇钠的用量，甘油的用量以及反应时间这四个因素对甘一酯、甘二酯产率的影响。结果表明：在这四个因素中，以是否加入吡啶影响最大，其他三个因素的影响远小于是否加入吡啶的影响。

In this paper,we used lamb fat to prepare monoand diglycerides by glycerolysis,and investigated four factors,those were the amount of pyridine(solvent),sodium methoxide(catalyst), triglyceride and the length of reaction time that influenced the output of monoand diglycerides. The results showed that.in the four factors,whether or not adding into pyridine exerts the greatest influence,the other three factors have far less influence on the output than pyridine.
