摘要 目的:对百合科菝葜属植物菝葜Smilaxchina干燥的根茎进行化学成分研究。方法:采用硅胶、凝胶色谱法进行分离纯化,并运用现代波谱技术(ESI-MS,1H-NMR,13C-NMR)进行结构鉴定。结果:从菝葜的醋酸乙酯部分分离得到13个化合物,分别鉴定为:山柰酚-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(1),黄杞苷(2),异黄杞苷(3),山柰酚(4),二氢山柰酚(5),二氢山柰酚-5-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(6),芦丁(7),山柰酚-5-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(8),白藜芦醇(9),香草酸(10),3,5-二甲氧基-4-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基肉桂酸(11),β-谷甾醇(12),β-胡萝卜苷(13)。结论:化合物1,3,7,8,11为首次从该种植物中分离得到,化合物8,11为首次从该属中分离得到。 Objective : To study the chemical constituents of the rhizomes of Smilax china. Method : The constituents of the rhizomes of S. china were isolated and purified by repeated silica gel and Sephadex LH - 20 chromatography, and their structures were eluci- dated on the basis of spectral analysis. Result: Thirteen compounds were obtained and identified as kaemperol-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside ( 1 ), engeletin (2), isoengeletin (3), kaempferol (4), dihydrokaempferol (5), dihydrokaempferol-5-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (6), rutin (7), kaempferol-5-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (8), 3, 5, 4'-trihydroxystibene (9), vanillic acid (10), 3, 5-dimethoxy-4-O-β-D-glu- copyranosylcinnamic acid (11), β-sitosterol ( 12), and β-daucosterol ( 13), respectively. Conclusion: Compounds 1, 3, 7, 8, and 11 were isolated from this plant for the first time, and compounds 8 and 11 were isolated from the genus Smilax for the first time.
