摘要
讨论了影响精对苯二甲酸(PTA)中灰分的测定结果不确定度的各种因素。通过对影响结果不确定度分量的分析和量化,以及分量之间相关性的计算,求出PTA中灰分测定结果的标准不确定度和扩展不确定度。结果表明,重复性引起的不确定度最大。PTA中灰分含量为10.44 mg/kg,其扩展不确定度为5.00 mg/kg。
The faetors affecting the uncertainty of ash content measurement were discussed for purified terephthalic acid (PTA). By analyzing and quantifying the uncertainty components of the measurement results and calculating the Components' correlation, the standard uncertainty and extended uncertainty of ash content measurement were obtained for PTA. The results showed that the repetition of the measurement was the dominating factor causing the uncertainty. The extended uncertainty was 5.00mg/kg when the ash content in PTA was 10.44 mg/kg.
