我国体育科技社团发展新探

A New Investigation on Development of Sport Science Associations in China

站在北京奥运会新的起点上,通过对我国体育科技社团的目标与功能重新定位,对影响我国体育科技社团的促进和制约因素的重新分析,提出要充分借助政府和社团的双轨道,加速体育科技社团的成长和发展;建立以会员为主体的组织体制,在民主办会中建设体育科技工作者之家;以秘书长专职化为先导,加快办事机构的职业化进程的改革方式和从行政社团向社会组织转变;从依靠政府拨款向自主经营转变;从重点为政府服务向为会员服务转变;从学习型向创新型转变的我国体育科技社团发展新的思路与途径。

On the new beginning of Beijing Olympic Games, the goals and functions of sport science associations in China are retreated and factors promoting and restraining these associations are analyzed again. It is suggested that the new thoughts and paths for development of these associations include： the promotion of sport science associations through both tracks of government and association; organizing institution depending on members and a democratic home for sport science staff; a reform towards professional institution and transition from administrative association to social organization leading by a professional secretary general; dependence on government financing transferring to independent operation; the focus of service shifting from government to members; learning-oriented shifting to innovation-oriented.
