反垄断法是影响职业体育联盟运营的重要法律。通过分析职业体育联盟运作的主要特点,讨论美国反垄断法对职业体育联盟规制的主要案例,阐明反垄断法对职业体育联盟纳新、球队迁移、组织形式方面的限制。在我国即将推出反垄断法的背景下,提出反垄断法对我国职业体育组织的适用领域。在限制对我国职业体育组织的行政垄断和俱乐部关联方面,反垄断法起到重要作用。

Antitrust Law is an important law for restricting the operation of professional sports leagues. Through analysis of the main aspects of the operation of professional sports leagues, the chief cases of Antitrust Law about professional sports leagues are discussed and we clarify the restriction of Antitrust law to the league recruitment as well as club move and organizing of professional sports leagues. The administration monopoly and club conspiracy will be restricted by Antitrust Law as China constituting the law on the background of promotion of antitrust law in China.
