白介素1α及白介素6对角朊细胞与真皮成纤维细胞相互作用的影响 被引量:2

Role of Interleukin 1α and Interleukin 6 in the Interaction Between Keratinocytes and Dermal Fibroblasts

摘要 为了探讨细胞因子在表皮与真皮相互作用中所起的作用,用体外细胞培养的方法研究了白介素1α(IL-1α)及白介素6(IL-6)对角朊细胞与真皮成纤维细胞之间相互作用的影响以及前列腺素E1(PGE1)的调节作用。IL-1α主要由角朊细胞产生,而IL-6则主要由成纤维细胞产生。来自成纤维细胞的培养上清液有较强的促进角朊细胞增殖能力。来自角朊细胞的培养上清液也有一定促进成纤维细胞增殖能力。IL-1α和PGE1可促进成纤维细胞IL-6的产生。抗IL-6抗体可抑制成纤维细胞培养上清液对角朊细胞的促生长活性。 An in vitro study was performed to elucidate the possible role of interleukin 1α(IL 1α) and IL 6 in the interaction between keratinocytes and dermal fibroblasts and the regulatory effects of prostaglandin E 1(PGE 1). The results showed that IL 1α was mainly produced by keratinocytes and IL 6 mainly by dermal fibroblasts. Conditioned media from dermal fibroblasts stimulated the proliferation of keratinocytes, and to a less extent vice versa. PGE 1 and recombinant IL 1α enhanced IL 6 production in dermal fibroblasts. However, recombinant IL 6 had little effects on IL 1α production in keratinocytes. Anti IL 6 antibody inhibited the proliferation of keratinocytes grown in fibroblast derived conditioned media, suggesting that IL 6 is a major factor responsible for the growth promoting effect of the conditioned media. These results suggest that IL 1α and IL 6 are important mediators in the interaction between epidermis and dermis.
