北京市快速公交用户满意度调查与比较分析

User Satisfaction Survey and Comparison Analysis on Beijing Bus Rapid Transit

研究了北京市市民对于北京市第一条快速公交(BRT)线路——南中轴线的满意程度,以提出改善方案,促进快速公交的良性发展.研究采取问卷调查的形式,对北京市南中轴线运行状况、用户满意度等进行调查,探讨BRT的用户特性、市民对BRT的态度以及影响BRT吸引力的因素等一系列与BRT成功发展相关的问题.在此基础上,有针对性地提出了BRT进一步发展的建议.研究显示,北京市南中轴线BRT的用户满意度相当高,但BRT对小汽车用户吸引力度还有待加强.

This paper investigates and analyzes user satisfaction at the first BRT route in Beijing,the South Axis BRT Route,in order to identify the existing problems and propose relative solutions for the BRT development. Using the form of questionnaire survey, issues related to the development of BRT such as ERT users＇ characteristics,citizens＇ attitude towards BRT and the factors impacting attractiveness of BRT are researched. With such a sound basis,some proposals regarding further development of BRT are concluded. This study shows that the user satisfaction at the South Axis BRT Route is rather high,but much effort should be made in order to raise the attractiveness level of BRT to auto mobile users.
