摘要 回顾和总结了国内外浮动车数据在交通信息服务和路网评价方面的研究及应用现状,提出浮动车数据的三阶段应用.重点阐述了面向城市宏观交通运行规律分析的第三阶段应用,提出基于历史交通流状态数据的数据分析流程,并以北京市浮动车系统采集的数据分析结果为例,分析了北京市路网运行速度的时空分布特性以及不同等级道路的里程利用情况. This paper reviewed and summarized the researches and the applications of the Floating Car Data (FCD) in the field of traveler information service and road network evaluation, and proposed the three stages applications of FCD. The article elaborated with emphasis the third stage application that aims at the city macroscopic traffic character analysis. And the analysis flow chart based on historical traffic condition data was put forward. Then, as the case study, the data collected from the Beijing Floating Car System was used in the study. Finally, the paper presented the analysis results of the space and time distribution characteristic of travel speed in Beijing road network as well as the mileage usage ratio for various class roads.
