摘要
对船舶水润滑橡胶尾轴承在干摩擦状态、边界润滑状态和动压润滑状态下的摩擦机理进行了分析,并在SSB-100V型船舶尾轴试验机上用尾部加载方式代替简单的中间加载方式对12纵向流水槽平面型橡胶轴承进行摩擦性能试验,分析了尾轴转动线速度和边缘载荷对轴承摩擦因数的影响.结果表明:橡胶尾轴承的摩擦因数随着尾轴线速度的增加而减小,随着边缘载荷的增加先增大后变小.
The tribological mechanism of the marine rubber water-lubricated stern tube bearings under the condition of unlubrication friction, boundary lubrication and hydrodynamic pressure lubrication were discussed in this paper. Experiment on frictional behaviour of planar rubber water-lubricated bearings with 12 longitudinal launders was carried out on the SSB 100V stern shaft tester by loading on stern instead of intermedius. The influence on the friction coefficient of shaft linear velocity and fringe load was analyzed. Results indicate that friction coefficient decreases with the increment of the shaft linear velocity whereas increases firstly and then decreases with the increment of the fringe load.
