摘要
重构车间令各种生产设备分布在合理位置,促使各种在制品和零部件以较高的效率流动,可以减少流动资金,缩短制造周期,降低产品成本.文中研究了金工车间的烧结台车生产线,用系统布局规划的方法重构现有生产线布局,得到车间几种优化布局,利用加权平均法分析和评价,再用Flexsim软件对现有布局和各种优化布局进行建模和仿真,2种选优方法最终保证了车间重构方案的可行性.
The reconstruction of the workshop can make a variety of production equipments in reasonable positions, promote the flow of each product and component in a higher efficiency, reduce floating capital, shorten the manufacturing cycle and reduce the product costs. By researching on the product line for sintering trolley in the machine shop, several optimized layouts of the workshop are presented with the method of planning system. Then, these layouts are analyzed by the weighted average method; the existing layout and optimized layouts are modeled and simulated with Flexsim software. The two selection methods can ensure that the reconstruction program of the workshop is feasible.
