摘要
统计技术是专门研究事物变异性及其规律的科学,是质量管理活动中进行质量分析、质量控制和质量改进的必要工具。在实际应用中,不少企业花费了大量的时间、人力和物力,却不能通过分析所收集的数据,有效地识别出改进机会。列出了日常评审中最常遇到的统计技术应用误区,有助于正确识别和避免这些误区,以便更好地发挥统计技术的作用。
Statistical techniques are the knowledge specifically about the variability and its rule of things, and the necessary tools in quality management activities for quality analysis, quality control and quality improvement. In practice, many enterprises spend a lot of time, manpower and material resources on the application of statistical techniques. However, many of these enterprises can not effectively identify the chance of improvement by analyzing the collected data. In this article, the author lists the common mistakes in application of statistical techniques to help consciously avoid these mistakes and improve effectiveness of the statistical techniques.
