摘要 随着电子技术的迅猛发展,无论是军品和航天航空产品,还是民品,其技术和可靠性的要求都在不断地升级,力学试验所起的作用越来越大。而在力学试验中,作为主要的试验项目的振动试验,它所存在的失控现象也越来越引起人们的注意。对于引发失控现象的各种问题,如夹具的制作以及试验中的安装、控制点的选择等进行了分析研究,并提出相应的解决办法。 Along with the rapid advances of electronic technology, the technical and reliability requirements for both military and aerospace and commercial products are incveasing. The role of mechanical testing is increasingly important. As the major testing item in mechanical testings, the vibration test are shown more concerns on with its out-of-control phenomenon. The various issues that cause the phenomenon such as the making of fixtures, installation and the selection of the control points are analyzed, and the corresponding solutions are offered.
