摘要
目的:为加强实验教学管理设计了综合性实验,旨在提高学生的动手能力和综合素质,更好的适应临床检验工作的需要。方法:以抗血清的制备为例,让学生亲自动手操作抗血清制备的全过程,同时将制备的抗血清应用于实验课中,检验自制抗血清的效价。结果:抗血清制备成功。结论:综合性实验能提高学生的实验动手能力、解决问题的能力、科研能力等,全面提高检验学生的综合实验素质。
Objective： In order to enhance experiment teaching administration, we desiged comprehensive experiment ,and wished to increase students＇ operation ability and comprehensive diathesis, adapt to clinical laboratory work. Methods： We took the preparation of antiserum as an example, let students operate the total process of preparing antiserum by themselves, and at the same time, used the antiserum prepared in experiment class and checked potency of the antiserum. Results： The antiserum preparation was successful. Conclusion： Comprehensive experiment can improve students＇ abilities to do experiment,solve problems and do scientific research, and increase students＇ comprehensive experiment diathesis.
