摘要
废纸制浆过程中DCS溶解到浆水体系中,在生产循环过程中逐渐积累,从而增加了湿部化学品的消耗,影响纸机的运行。酶处理对其具有很大的潜力,本文就不同酶控制DCS物质的效果进行了综合评价。
The presence of dissolved and colloidal substances(DC s) in the process water of deinked pulp may increase the chemical consumption in the wet end and affect the runnability of the process. The advantage of enzymatic treatment of DCS is due to the specificity of the enzyme catalysis. In this paper the suitability of different enzymes, including laccase, lipase and pectinase, for DCS control are discussed.
