摘要
目的了解海淀区公共场所军团菌污染状况。方法抽查海淀区相关公共场所31家。根据卫生部行业标准WS195-2001军团菌诊断标准及处理原则,检测军团菌并分析其分布情况。结果四种采样样品中,中央空调冷却塔水军团菌检测阳性率最高,为25.97%,远高于冷却水、淋浴水和喷头涂抹。医院的军团菌采样阳性率为13.83%,宾馆饭店的阳性率为18.75%,远高于写字楼和体育馆。6月份军团菌采样阳性率最高,为26.17%,7、8月又高于9、10月。结论公共场所军团菌分布比较广,提示现阶段海淀区公共场所集中空调系统的军团菌污染较为严重,应及时采取有效措施,避免造成军团菌病的暴发流行。同时对空词系统冷却水军团菌的控制要采取综合措施,达到消毒效果。
Objective To investigate the situation of Legionella contamination in public places of Haidian district in Beijing. Methods On - the - spot selective examination was used to carry out a survey. The detection of Legionella was under the diagnostic criteria and principles of management of Legionnaires' disease WS195 -2001. Results Among four samples, the Legionella contamination positive rate of cooling tower water from central air conditioning system was 25.97%, higher than that of cooling water, bath water and sprinkle smear. The Legionella contamination positive rate was 13.83% in hospital, 18.75% in hotel June was the most popular season of Legionella, of which the positive rate was 26. 17%. Conclusion Legionella contamination is very popular in public places. At present, Legionella contamination in public places of Haidian district in Beijing is serious. Some effective measures should be carried out to prevent the outbreak of Legionella. Integrative controls should be taken in cooling systems to fulfill the sterilization.
