摘要
利用Pro/E软件对某柴油机气缸盖进行三维实体建模,并对该模型进行了热负荷分析,其中水腔的热边界条件用CFD软件Fluent进行求解,对座圈与缸盖之间的接触采用Bonded和Frictional两种不同的接触方式进行模拟,而后利用ANSYS-workbench软件计算出缸盖热-机耦合应力,并对2种接触形式对缸盖强度的影响进行分析.
This paper builds a 3-D solid model of cylinder head with Pro/E and studies the thermal stresses in order to find out if it satisfies the thermal strength requirement. Using the CFD software Fluent this paper analyzes the cooling water jacket's heat transfer boundary conditions, then puts the heat transfer boundary conditions of the cooling jacket wall into the structural element surfaces; and using “Boned” and “Frictional” contact, this paper simulates the interference-fit of valve seat and cylinder head. At last, this paper uses ANSYS-workbench to work out the temperature field and the thermal stresses; and then analyzes the cylinder head' s intensity of two different types of the contact.
