介绍了紧急停车系统中的紧急关断阀的部分行程在线测试方法,包括定位器控制法、电磁阀控制法和机械限制式法等.通过部分行程在线测试表明,前2种方法能够在控制室自动完成,而在实际使用过程中,采用第3种方法,即机械限制式法能够达到比较满意的效果.

This paper introduces the online test methods for some part of valve emergency shutdown in the emergency shutdown system, including localizer control, electromagnetic valve control, and mechanical limiting method. By the partial test online, the first two methods can be done automatically in control room, while in practical use, the third method, mechanical limiting method, can achieve satisfactory effects.
