司法公正、高效与权威,是我国法院司法工作追求的价值目标。目前我国司法公正、高效与权威的实现存在哪些障碍?如何正确看待这些障碍及解决之?文章试从当今我国人民法院在司法实践中有关公正、高效与权威方面的问题进行探讨,进而从立法层上提出自己看法与建议,以期在我国快速建立起公正、高效、与权威司法体制。

The judicature fair, is highly effective and authoritative, wich is what our country court work pursue. Nowadays there are many barriers which stopped the realise of Judicature fair and effective. How to regard these barriers correctly and solve them？The article probled into some problems about fair, effective and authoitive, and put forward my own＇s suggestion from the legislative level, and hope that these system will be realized as soon as possible.
