Research about Chinese Rural Financial Problems on the Basis of Self-Organization Theory

运用自组织理论阐述了农村金融系统发展历程的客观必然性,并结合金融中介功能理论分析农村金融系统自组织机制培养的关键因素,指出了建设农村社区银行可以成为农村金融系统自组织机制形成的现实选择。

In this paper, the Self-Organization Theory is used to point out the objective necessity on the development of the rural financial system. Combined with the Financial Intermediary Function Theory, it also analyses the key factors for fostering the rural financial self-organizing system. The paper demonstrates that establishing the rural community banks can be a practical choice for the formation of rural financial self-organiz-ing system.
