摘要
在分析高职"双师型"教师薪酬体系现状的基础上,根据高职"双师型"教师的特点,提出构建一个以基本薪酬为主,以业绩薪酬为辅,津贴、福利、社会保障等并用,金钱报酬和非金钱报酬并行,具有激励性、可操作性的薪酬体系设计思路与基本框架。
This paper proposes a new way to construct pay systems , based on a careful analysis and consideration on its status quo and factors , that is , to form a system dominated by the basic salary , subsided by their achievement , allowance , social welfare , and security. It is a system with money awardness and non - money awardness consequently , which is a new , encouraging , and practical pay system.
