摘要
采用0.05g/L碳酸钠溶液对桑蚕丝在煮沸的条件下精练0.5h,再用去离子水洗涤2次,除去盐离子及蚕丝表面的丝胶蛋白,得到脱胶蚕丝,烘干后计算生丝脱胶率,并用苦味酸胭脂红溶液及傅立叶红外光谱对其进行分析。研究结果表明,所选生丝含胶率约为32.18%,脱胶3次基本上可将丝胶除尽。
Using the 0.05g/L sodium carbonate solution to refine the silkworm silk under the boiling water for half-hour, then washing them two times with the deionized water to eliminate the demineralization ion and sericin protein on the silk surface, the degummed silk has been obtained. Then the degumming rate of silk was calculated after drying, which was analysed with 2,4,6-trinitrophenol-carmine solution and FTIR (Fourier infrared spectrum). The result indicated that the pectin rate of the raw silk probably is 32.18% and the sericin may basically be eliminated with degumming 3 times.
