中药保留灌肠及中药汤剂口服治疗慢性下消化道出血的护理

Nursing care of patients with chronic lower digestive tract hemorrhage accepting traditional Chinese drug retention enema and orally taking traditional Chinese decoctions

[目的]观察中药保留灌肠及中药汤剂口服治疗慢性下消化道出血的护理效果。[方法]在中药保留灌肠及中药汤剂口服治疗慢性下消化道出血期间,对病人进行心理护理、基础护理、中药保留灌肠护理、口服中药汤剂护理、补液护理、病情观察、睡眠护理、饮食护理;观察血便情况、临床主要症状等指标。[结果]84例病人中,血便改善总有效率89.29%,临床主要症状改善总有效率85.71%。[结论]中药保留灌肠及中药汤剂口服,结合精心护理是治疗慢性下消化道出血的有效措施。

Objective： To observe the nursing effect of chronic lower digestive tract hemorrhage patients treated with taking orally traditional Chinese decoctions and retention enema with traditional Chinese drugs. Methods： During orally taking traditional Chinese decoction and retention enema with traditional Chinese drug to treat patients with chronic lower digestive tract hemorrhage,psychological nursing, fundamental nursing, nursing care of retention enema with traditional Chinese drug,nursing care of orally taking traditional Chinese decoction, nursing care of fluid replacement of patients were carried out. Pathogenetic conditions of them were observed. And sleeping nursing,dietary nursing of them were provid- ed. Bloody ,qtool and main clinical symptoms of all cases were observed. Results： Among all 84 patients,the total effective rate of bloody stools improving was 89. 29% ,and the total effective rate of main clinical symptoms improving was 85. 71%. Conclusion. Orally taking traditional Chinese decoction and traditional Chinese drug retention enema in combination with elaborative nursing are effective measures for the treatment of chronicLower digestive tract hemorrhage patients.
