社会发展对劳动力资源的需求量增大,而高校毕业生却找不到适合自己的工作,就业难已经成为了一个严重的社会问题。作者通过对澳大利亚的技术和继续教育体系考察,提出一些发展职业技术教育的想法,拟在探索大力发展高等职业技术教育,解决高校毕业生就业问题的途径的可能性。

Man power resources are in great need with social development while college students find it difficult to get jobs that fit them after they graduate. This has become a serious social problem. After inspecting TAFE of Australia, the writer has got some ideas about how to develop technical and further education, expect- ing to explore possibilities by greatly developing technical and further education to solve problem of employment that graduates have to face.
