肠溃灵口服液防治大鼠溃疡性结肠炎的实验研究 被引量:4

Experimental Study of Therapentic Effect of ChangkuiLing Oral Liquid for Prevention and Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis in the Rats

摘要 目的观察肠溃灵口服液治疗溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的作用及探讨其初步机制。方法采用免疫加局部刺激的方法复制大鼠UC模型,分组对照,观察肠溃灵口服液对UC大鼠超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量和结肠病理形态学改变的影响。结果肠溃灵口服液组治疗的模型动物病情明显改善,疗效优于SASP组(P<0.05);肠溃灵口服液组SOD活性明显高于其它组(P<0.01);SASP组SOD活性与NS组和正常组相比无明显差异(P>0.05);肠溃灵口服液组MDA含量明显低于其它组(P<0.01);SASP组MDA含量明显低于NS组(P<0.01)而与正常组无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论肠溃灵口服液对大鼠实验性溃疡性结肠炎疗效显著,其作用机制可能是与提高肠粘膜内SOD活性加强氧自由基的清除有关。 Objective To observe the role of ChangkuiLing Oral Liquid for prevention and treatment of ulcerative colitis (UC) in the rats and to explore its initial mechanism. Methods To use the ways of immunization and local stimulation to replicate a rat model of UC, grouping control, to observe the effects of ChangkuiLing Oral Liquid on rats UC superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity, malondialdehyde (MDA) content and the colon pathological changes. Results The Condition of animal model treated by ChangkuiLing Oral Liquid is obvious improved, the effect is better than the SASP group (P〈0.05);ChangkuiLing Oral Liquid group SOD activity is significantly higher than other groups (P〈0.01);SASP group SOD activity is no significant difference compared with NS group and the normal group(P〉0.05);ChangkuiLing Oral Liquid group MDA content is significantly lower than other groups (P〈0.01) ;SASP group MDA content is significantly lower than NS group (P〈0.01), but no significant difference compared with the normal group (P〉0.05). Conclusion The effect of ChangkuiLing Oral Liquid for the treatment of ulcerative colitis(UC) in the rats is significant, its initial mechanism may be with improving SOD activity in the intestinal mucosa and strengthening the removal of oxygen free radicals.
