摘要 副溶血性弧菌(vibrio parahaemolyticus,VP)是一种革兰氏阴性嗜盐性海洋细菌,常导致食物中毒和急性腹泻,本文从传统分型和基因分型角度介绍其分型研究进展。随着分子生物学的发展,各种分型研究,如血清学分型、噬菌体分型、脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)分型、限制性片段长度多态性(RFLP)分型、随机引物扩增DNA多态性(RAPD)分型、核糖分型、肠道细菌重复基因间共有序列PCR(ERIC-PCR)分型等为VP的准确溯源提供了科学依据,可有效预防和控制该菌引起的腹泻及食物中毒事件,对研究VP分子流行病学特征具有重要意义。 Vibrio parahaemolyticus (VP), a halophilic bacterium frequently causing gastroenteritis, belongs to the vibrionaceae Veron in the family Vibrio Pacini. Currently, there are different methods developed by different labs all over the world to characterize this agent. The typing approaches are reviewed in this paper including serotyping, phagetyping, Pulsed Field Gel Electrophoresis (PFGE), Restriction Fragment Length Polymorphisma (RFLP), Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA (RAPD), Ribotyping, Enterobacterial Repetitive Intergenic Consensus Sequence PCR (ERIC-PCR). These methods have been used in VP typing extensively and played an important role in VP source tracking, preventing and controling the diarrhea and food-poisoning outbreaks caused by VP, and its molecular epidemiology.
